Old Business: None

New Business:

Rolling Road Widening –

    • All the trees were removed earlier than originally planned to help protect endangered bats
    • The medians will be removed while work is being completed; new medians will be installed when the project is done.   This helps the county provide 2 lanes of traffic
    • The next phase of planned work is to install a 5-foot sidewalk on the North side and an 8ft Trail on the other side
    • The county is providing a bonus to contractors for work completed early

Annual Community Yard Sale and Community Trash Collection -

    • The Annual yard sale allows everyone to have their own garage sale, at their house.
    • A list of addresses, items for sale at each address, and a map highlighting the houses will be created for the event.  Volunteers are needed to help post signs. All neighbors are welcome to sell and shop at the event
    • The yard sale date is tentatively set for 7 June
    • The neighborhood is considering reserving a dumpster to help neighbors more easily clear out large items from our homes
    • A survey for both events will be sent out to determine community interest
