West Springfield Village is located in Fairfax County, home to some of the finest public schools in the country, and situated between the Fairfax County Parkway and Old Keene Mill Road. We are minutes from the Capital Beltway, 395 and Interstate 95, providing easy access not only to Washington, DC, but also to the Northern Virginia "tech corridor."


In a real "park-like setting," West Springfield Village borders Pohick Valley Stream Park, which connects to Hidden Pond Nature Center.
